The Orion-Tr Smart DC-DC charger is a professional DC to DC adaptive 3-stage charger with built-in Bluetooth.
For use in dual battery systems in vehicles or on boats where the alternator and the start battery are used to charge the service battery. The unit can be monitored and programmed via Bluetooth and can be remotely controlled via a remote on/off switch.

This Anderson Style connector features a fascia plate for flush mounting into vehicle cabinets or bodywork. Provides easy connection to solar panels and auxiliary batteries/appliances utilising 50A Anderson connection. This connector also features a car accessory ideal for charging compatible devices. Also features 2 USB ports; 1x 5V 1A and 1x 5V 2.1A, ideal for charging phones, tablets etc whilst users are travelling.
2 x 1B&S from Shunt and ANL fuse to inverter needed. Because of the high current draw 1 cable is not enough. The inverter has got 2 terminals for B+ and 2 terminals for GND. Crimp both cables into 70mm lug at Shunt and ANL holder.
Run 2 x 6B&S from start battery through twin Midi holder each DC/DC charger. Join ground onto Junction stud. Run Start battery + directly to DC/DC charger. Run output from DC/DC charger to junction stud. 6B&S from positive and negative junction stud to DCHub.
For added remote access to this system you can order the Victron 3G / 4G modem which connects directly to the Cerbo GX by USB.
All 240V connections must be done by a 240V licensed electrician. All 240V cables need to be sleeved with Silicone Fiber Glass sleeving to achieve an extra layer of circuit segregation in between 12V and 240V cables. This is important to make sure the wiring is being carried out to industry standard.
