AMPTRON® BluEdge Series 12V 200Ah / 200A Lithium LiFePO4 Aluminium Slimline Battery. This battery is compact and powerful, with the maximum continuous discharge current being 200A and peak discharge current 400A for 3 seconds, suitable for powering a 2000W inverter from a single battery.

The battery can be conveniently monitored via a Bluetooth app, or RS485 or CANBUS communication interface.


The Amptron® BluEdge series batteries are our new premium smart battery range that raises the bar in quality and sophistication. The battery can be conveniently monitored via a Bluetooth app, RS485 or CANBUS communication interfaces.

This battery is compact and powerful, ideally suited to installations that require a narrower footprint such as in 4WDs. This battery packs in a huge 200Ah of capacity with a powerful 200A continuous discharge rate, allowing you plenty of capacity and power to run not just your fridge, but also higher-powered components such as a 2000W inverter that can comfortably run appliances such as induction cooktops, coffee machines, microwaves etc.

These batteries are designed using only the highest quality components, with innovative features and a robust tough construction that meets the modern demand for reliable long-lasting deep cycle batteries.



Ultra Safe
The advanced Battery Management Safety System provides comprehensive protection to the battery with high precision configurable protection and monitoring features, that protects the battery and carefully manages the safe long-term performance of each individual cell and the battery pack.

The system will also report any alarm and protection statuses through its communication interfaces to allow the user to trouble shoot and identify any issues. The batteries are compliant with the IEC62619 and UN38.3 safety standards, giving you peace of mind for the safe and reliable performance of the batteries.


Smart Communication
The sophisticated Battery Management System (BMS) not only takes care of the safe performance of the batteries, it also gathers detailed information on the battery, such as the Running State, State of Charge (SOC), Voltage, Current, Temperature, individual cell voltages, Alarm / Protection statuses etc. This information can then be accessed externally via Bluetooth with the Android or iOS app, or via the CANBUS and RS485 communication ports for integrated systems.

The CANBUS interface is compatible with various inverters, chargers and communication gateways, such as the Victron Multiplus and GX devices to provide enhanced integration.

For professional installers requiring more advanced integration, the batteries can be connected to a PC via an RS485 communication port, allowing monitoring from PC based software with the ability to make certain advanced adjustments to the BMS parameters, or to develop customised integration via the RS485 communications protocol. The software and communication adapters are available from Amptron to qualified customers.

Long Life and Warranty
The cell cycle life has been enhanced by newer prismatic cell designs and improved cell management by the new BMS to maximise battery life, offering an extremely long cycle life of 6000 cycles at 100% Depth of Discharge.

The BluEdge series is backed by an Australian based 5-year warranty.

Robust tough design
Enhanced shock and vibration protection is provided around the cell packs to prevent internal movement of the cells and/or electronics that may result in failures or metal fatigue over time. This makes these models very suitable for applications in rough offroad conditions and industrial applications where a robust construction is required. Amptron takes steps to ensure that all internal wiring is protected, and high-quality internal connectors and bus bars are used so intermittent failure modes are not introduced in harsh environments.
